I’m Heather Wolcott, and I have worked with clients one-on-one for over 20 years, helping people with their health and nutrition goals as a Holistic Nutritionist. Now, as a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and an ADAPT Certified Functional Health Coach, I am a change agent; work with me and I will encourage you to set and achieve your wellness goals through visioning and dreaming about the possibilities for your life.

Driven to Achieve

I have always been an (over) achiever. I create a vision for myself, set my eyes on a goal, and I don’t accept “no” for an answer. I firmly believe the saying, “Where there’s a will, there’s a way.”

But, in the past, I never managed to fully attain many of my goals because I didn’t know HOW to achieve them; I just knew I WANTED to achieve them. I didn’t realize that there was a difference between short-term goals and long-term goals, and that in order to truly be successful, you need to have both.

When I learned about SMART goals, I finally understood how to successfully achieve my goals on a regular basis. SMART stands for:






When I was being coached by Mentor Health Coaches, I was often asked if my goals were “SMART”. They weren’t. So, I quickly changed the way I approached goal setting and found I had more small wins…that lead to my greater win, my bigger goal.
